Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Property regulations and practices.
• Candidates should possess solid Real Estate market knowledge and experience working with residential and/or commercial properties.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service abilities, including clear communication, active listening, and client follow-up.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage), familiarity with Dubai real estate laws, proficiency with CRM and listing platforms, and a track record of meeting performance targets.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and uphold ethical, non-discriminatory professional standards.
