Responsibilities include outbound calls, market analysis, CRM maintenance, property viewings, and closing deals while ensuring compliance with Dubai regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling or telesales in real estate or related sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to generate and follow up on leads and inquiries.
• Comfort with building long-term relationships with buyers and investors.
• Well-organized with the ability to manage time and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling and leasing residential properties.
• Build long-term relationships with buyers, investors and property owners.
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries.
• Understand clients’ property requirements, budgets and investment objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and pricing.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities using the company CRM system.
• Conduct property viewings and present opportunities professionally.
• Negotiate offers and close real estate transactions.
• Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiries to deals.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department and RERA guidelines.
