Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dubai's Real Estate market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Speaks European, Arabic, Spanish, or Indian languages.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate properties that align with client needs in Dubai.
- Leverage expertise in Off-Plan and Secondary Markets to guide clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends and market conditions.
- Provide market insights, analysis, and tailored recommendations to clients.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
