Job summary

HMJ Equity in Dubai is recruiting ambitious overseas candidates for Property Consultant roles with relocation to Dubai. You will build your own portfolio, source and close leases and sales, and grow a personal brand in Dubai’s vibrant market.

We offer a high-earning, commission-only structure with up to 70% on deals, relocation support, visa sponsorship, medical insurance, RERA license assistance, and strong mentorship within a boutique, performance-driven team.

Qualifications

• Overseas candidates willing to relocate to Dubai.
• Proven track record in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords and investors.
• Source and close property transactions across Leasing and Secondary Sales.
• Conduct property viewings and client consultations.
• Develop market knowledge across Dubai communities and developments.
• Negotiate offers and manage deals from enquiry through to closing.
• Build your personal brand within the Dubai real estate industry.
• Generate business through networking, outbound prospecting and company support.
