Job summary

Mira Construction is hiring in Dubai for a Property Consultant role on a commission-based pay model. You will build and manage client relationships, identify suitable properties, conduct viewings, negotiate transactions, and support buyers, sellers, and tenants across residential and commercial real estate.

Ideal candidates possess at least 1 year of Dubai/UAE market experience, English fluency, and knowledge of off-plan or secondary markets.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in the Dubai/UAE real estate market.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of off-plan or secondary markets preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, prospecting, and other business development activities.
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Maintain and manage multiple property listings and client requirements.
• Provide clients with accurate information on property prices, market trends, locations, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, new developments, regulations, and investment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, listings, and transactions.
• Work closely with the team while also managing your own client portfolio independently.
• Deliver a professional and high-quality client experience throughout the transaction.
