Job summary

DRE, a premier real estate brokerage in Dubai, seeks a motivated Property Consultant for an on-site role in Dubai, UAE. You will identify client needs, conduct property viewings, and advise on residential and commercial sales, leasing, and off-plan investments.

You will build a growing client portfolio, present proposals, negotiate offers, and guide clients through the transaction while maintaining top-tier service. This is a commission-based position rewarding performance and client relations.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting and real estate knowledge with market analysis.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills for client-facing work.
• Sales abilities: prospecting, lead conversion, negotiation, closing.
• English proficiency; Arabic or other languages are a plus; comfortable with CRM and digital tools.
• Must be located in Dubai and hold a valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities
