Job summary

fäm Properties in Dubai is seeking a Property Consultant to guide clients through buying, selling, leasing, or investing in Dubai real estate. You will meet clients, stay current on market trends, and arrange property viewings to match needs.

You will also create and manage listings, negotiate terms, and prepare documentation to ensure compliance. Training is provided, with strong marketing support and clear career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice
• Match clients with suitable properties and organize property viewings
• Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties
• Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all required documentation
• Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals
