Job summary

fäm Properties Dubai is seeking a motivated Property Consultant to guide clients through buying, selling, leasing, or investing in Dubai properties. You will meet clients, analyze market trends, match properties, and manage listings with strong negotiation and closing skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong interest in building a career in Dubai’s real estate market.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Confident, proactive and driven by performance and targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand needs and preferences.
• Stay updated on market trends to provide data-driven advice.
• Match clients with suitable properties and arrange viewings.
• Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties.
• Negotiate terms of rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients.
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of required documentation.
• Facilitate signing process and manage paperwork through deal closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals.
