Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate brokerage.
- Proven track record of closing property transactions.
- Experience in off-plan or secondary-market sales.
- Strong lead conversion, negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and consistently pursue targets.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management.
- European background preferred.
- Currently based in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Close property transactions and drive revenue.
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline until closing.
- Leverage daily fresh leads and marketing support to convert prospects.
