Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• MRICS membership is advantageous.
• Minimum 4 years in cost management, pre-contract focus, UAE experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-contract cost management for assigned projects, including cost planning, estimating, budget development and tender documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop contingency budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on project costs and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Advise on cost-effective solutions and utilise CostX to enhance accuracy.
• Collaborate with clients, design teams and stakeholders to align on costs and strategies.
