Turner and Townsend is recruiting a Senior Cost Manager for post-contract work in Dubai. The role covers interim applications, change management, the valuation of variations and the assessment of extension of time claims, with standard form contracts and FIDIC named in particular.

The holder takes personal responsibility for cost checks and valuations across all project stages, monitors post-contract costs against approved budgets, analyses actual expenditure, commitments and forecast costs, and

Competenze

• A degree in quantity surveying, construction management, civil engineering or related field.
• At least eight years in cost management or post-contract administration.
• Prior UAE construction experience is essential.
• MRICS, AIQS or equivalent accreditation highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of FIDIC contract administration and compliance.

• Manage post-contract cost checks and valuations across all project stages.
• Monitor post-contract costs against approved budgets and forecast costs.
• Analyze actual expenditure, commitments and forecast costs; maintain forecasting models.
• Review contractor invoices, change orders and claims for accuracy and contractual compliance.
• Negotiate final accounts with contractors; mentor junior cost analysts.
