Qualifications

• Expertise in core Java and enterprise application development with Spring.
• Experience in design patterns and architecture for scalable systems.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Kafka, testing and observability.
• Ability to optimize performance via JVM tuning and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into technical specs and design scalable solutions.
• Lead technical design and build across teams, reviewing architecture patterns.
• Apply expert stack knowledge to solve complex issues and participate in cross-area initiatives.
• Champion automation and lean software development with root-cause analyses.
• Lead discovery phases, drive proofs-of-concepts to validate ideas.
• Debug complex issues and collaborate with QA to ensure quality.
• Mentor engineers to write clean code and tests.
• Develop accelerator frameworks and production-ready code.
• Perform functional, non-functional and performance testing with automation.
• Measure engineering metrics to ensure agility, scalability, and reliability.
• Contribute to technical debt remediation strategy with related teams.
