Job summary

CNS Middle East is seeking a BIM Electrical Modeler for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. You will develop and maintain accurate BIM models for electrical systems, interpret construction drawings, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to reflect design changes and site conditions.

The position requires proficiency in BIM tools, Revit, and experience with large-scale projects, with on-site collaboration to ensure model integrity and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM tools and electrical systems modeling.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and update models accurately.
• Experience as a modeler on large-scale projects.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for electrical systems on building and infrastructure projects.
• Interpret construction drawings and update BIM models to reflect design changes and site conditions.
• Coordinate with architecture, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure model integrity and clash-free coordination.
• Prepare documentation and outputs from the BIM environment for engineers and project managers.
• Support clash detection and design reviews as part of the design delivery process.
