Haus Ville Real Estate is seeking a driven Off-Plan Real Estate Agent in Dubai on a commission-based basis. You will promote off-plan projects, generate and convert leads, and manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to close. Fluency in English is required and a UAE driving license with own vehicle is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of real estate sales experience.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate and RERA is a plus.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from Dubai developers.
• Generate and convert leads and build client relationships.
• Understand client investment goals and recommend opportunities.
• Manage full sales process from inquiry to closing.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market and launches.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
