Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing experience in nightlife, hospitality, lifestyle, entertainment, fashion, or consumer-focused business.
• Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong knowledge of social media, content strategy, influencer marketing, PR, and partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai nightlife and lifestyle market.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative, proactive, and highly organized, with a strong eye for detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, PR, partnerships, influencers, and offline channels.
• Develop and maintain consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
• Plan and deliver seasonal campaigns, events, activations, launches, and promotions.
• Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and influencer collaborations.
• Build partnerships with brands, personalities, creatives, and lifestyle platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams, creative partners, PR agencies, and external suppliers.
• Monitor campaign performance, report insights, and optimize future activities.
• Manage the marketing budget and evaluate ROI across campaigns and activations.
• Stay updated with nightlife, entertainment, lifestyle, consumer, and competitor trends.
