Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage advisory or related financial services.
• CeMAP or equivalent mortgage advisory certifications.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the end-to-end mortgage process from consultation to completion.
• Analyze clients’ financial situations and recommend appropriate mortgage products.
• Prepare and review documentation and coordinate with banks and other financial institutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with lending partners and stay current with UAE mortgage regulations.
