PHRS Hospitality Experts is seeking an experienced Mixologist for a luxury property in Dubai. You will drive day-to-day bar operations, craft cocktails to the highest standards, and contribute to beverage menus while mentoring the team.
The role emphasizes creativity, technical beverage knowledge, and exceptional guest engagement. Ideal candidates have luxury hospitality experience in the Middle East, knowledge of international trends, and strong English communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum experience as a mixologist in luxury hotels or premium venues.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, ingredients and techniques.
- Experience with beverage menus development and keeping up with international trends.
- Fluent English; other languages desirable (Arabic/Italian/French/Spanish/German).
- Ability to train, mentor and upskill bar team and service staff.
- Strong guest service, communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day bar operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Prepare and present cocktails per luxury service standards.
- Develop, update, and refine beverage menus and concepts.
- Stay updated on global cocktail trends and introduce innovations.
- Train and mentor restaurant and bar team on cocktail knowledge and service.
- Engage guests with personalized beverage recommendations.
