Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, premium bar, or upscale environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service.
• Good cocktail preparation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
• Good command of spoken English; interviews conducted in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and other beverages according to established recipes and luxury service standards.
• Deliver warm, professional, and personalized service while engaging confidently with guests.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, ingredients, garnishes, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and provide menu guidance.
• Prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency, accuracy, and presentation.
• Ensure proper bar setup, mise en place, and organization before, during, and after service.
• Monitor stock levels, rotate products following FIFO, and ensure proper storage of beverages and ingredients.
• Operate bar equipment safely and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work area.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately per cashiering procedures.
• Follow responsible alcohol service, food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
• Respond professionally to guest feedback and contribute to a positive experience.
• Support smooth bar operations during busy periods.
