Job summary

The Emirates Group is seeking an EKAS Loan Control Operations Officer to oversee Emirates Centralised Load Control across the network, ensuring compliance with Emirates Ground Operations Manual and related documents for both passenger and freighter flights.

You will monitor pre-flight weight and balance, act as SME to Flight Crew and SkyCargo, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, initiate recovery actions for safety incidents, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry

• 5+ years experience in airport operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain oversight of Emirates Centralised Load Control across the network.
• Act as focal point on aircraft weight and balance; support stakeholders.
• Resolve day-of-operation issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor pre-flight weight and balance activities; escalate as needed.
• Initiate recovery actions for safety incidents affecting loading.
• Prepare weight and balance documentation for flights.
• Maintain knowledge of industry standards; propose improvements.
• Ensure compliance with manuals and procedures.
