Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing restaurant operations.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience in Lebanese cuisine restaurants preferred.
• Neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
• Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns day-to-day restaurant operations and drives efficiency and profitability.
• Supervises all restaurant departments daily.
• Keeps Operations Manager informed of main developments.
• Analyzes daily sales, service, food cost and admin reports.
• Coordinates with kitchen for operational efficiency.
• Ensures smooth workflow with Operations Manager coordination.
• Maintains high levels of client satisfaction and handles customer requests and complaints.
• Monitors inventory, requisitions, and cost control reports.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Prepares end-of-day cashups and reconciles cash registers.
