Job summary

7 Management is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team in a fast-paced Lebanese/Oriental restaurant environment in Dubai. You will oversee BOH operations, ensure sanitation, HACCP compliance, and cost controls while coordinating with FOH to optimize guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years as Head Chef or 5+ years as Sous-Chef, with strong leadership, English/Arabic proficiency, and a degree in hospitality or business management. UAE kitchen leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business management.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Minimum 4 years as Head Chef or 5 years as Sous-Chef in Lebanese/Oriental restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead BOH and ensure sanitation, hygiene, and safety.
• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate with FOH.
• Plan food quantities and ensure recipe compliance.
• Control costs and maximize gross profit.
• Ensure HACCP and quality control throughout production.
• Maintain FIFO and proper labeling.
