Job summary

IIQAF Group is seeking a skilled Lab Technician to join our hospital team in Dubai. You will perform laboratory testing, collect and process patient specimens, operate laboratory equipment, maintain quality control standards, and support physicians and healthcare professionals by delivering accurate and timely diagnostic test results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
• License eligibility as required by UAE regulations preferred.
• Experience in hospital or diagnostic labs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collect, receive, label, process, and prepare patient specimens.
• Perform tests in hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, immunology, serology, coagulation and urinalysis.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Ensure QC/QA procedures and report results promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to support patient care.
