Zed Capital Real Estate LLC in Dubai is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to support daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, data entry, and bank reconciliations. The role focuses on UAE real estate accounting with emphasis on rent ledgers and VAT.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 1–2 years of experience, preferably in real estate. Familiarity with Zoho is a plus, and strong attention to detail is essential.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
1–2 years of accounting experience.
UAE real estate accounting experience is a must.
Basic understanding of UAE accounting practices.
Experience in real estate or property management.
Familiarity with accounting software; Zoho is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Good organizational and communication skills.

Mansioni

Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and data entry
Support bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Prepare expense summaries, payment schedules, and basic financial reports
Process supplier invoices, utility bills, and petty cash transactions
Update tenant ledgers and assist with rent collections and payment follow-ups
Support WPS salary processing and commission calculations
Assist with VAT preparation and maintain proper documentation
Coordinate with the Senior Accountant on month-end closing activities
Prepare files and supporting documentation for audits
