Job summary

TestHiring in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT platform roll-outs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and project timelines.

You will manage cross-functional and remote software development teams, coordinate with vendors and business units, and monitor budgets to ensure delivery within scope. Based in Dubai, the 12-month contract requires excellent English communication and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or PMO.
• Strong IT platform roll-out experience with 5M USD project costs.
• Experience with car/cab booking systems is highly preferred
• Ability to work with remote software development teams
• Based in Dubai and available for a 12-month contract
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale IT platform roll-outs ensuring alignment with strategic goals and project timelines
• Manage cross-functional teams including remote software development teams to drive project delivery and performance
• Develop and maintain project plans risk registers and status reports for stakeholders at all levels
• Coordinate with business units vendors and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new platforms
• Monitor project budgets milestones and deliverables to ensure adherence to scope and financial targets
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams with a focus on transparency and accountability
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and outcomes
