Dubai Construction Firm seeks a Site Supervisor for a 2-month indoor fit-out project in Dubai. You will oversee 20-30 workers, enforce safety standards, monitor timelines, and coordinate with managers and engineers on a busy site.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in construction or interior fit-out, strong leadership, and fluency in Arabic. The role requires long hours, on-site work, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, engineering, or interior fit-out projects.
• Proven experience managing construction teams, including foremen, plumbers, and builders.
• Fluent in Arabic (speaking is essential for this role).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers on-site, including foremen, plumbers, builders, and other construction teams.
• Ensure that all project activities are carried out according to the approved project plans, schedules, and safety regulations.
• Monitor the daily progress of the construction project, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Manage and motivate on-site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to report on progress and address any issues or challenges.
• Ensure the availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to site operations, including worker conflicts or technical problems.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular safety briefings.
