Responsibilities

• Maintain and conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant.
• Monitor and control property temperature and analyze energy usage.
• Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment.
• Follow safety policies and procedures; report hazards and incidents.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and identify efficiency improvements.
