Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott in Dubai, UAE seeks a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment. You will perform daily plant inspections and monitor energy usage to optimize comfort and efficiency.

Calibrate controls, install electrical and piping systems, and maintain pool/spa equipment while upholding safety standards and company policies. UAE Driver's license and EPA/HVAC certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Technical or vocational education in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification and HVAC Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Maintain and conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant.
• Monitor and control property temperature and energy usage.
• Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment.
• Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems and piping.
• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
• Follow safety policies, report hazards, and complete safety training.
