Qualifications

• Minimum five years of HSE experience on infrastructure, tunneling, and/or metro projects.
• Recognized health and safety certifications or training in the UAE such as OSHA, NEBOSH, IOSH, or Fire Safety.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality Codes of Practice and technical guidelines.
• UAE experience and a valid driving license are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement Parsons and project HSE policies, plans, and applicable legislation.
• Liaise with the Safety Manager and contractor teams to improve HSE management.
• Monitor contractor activities to ensure effective implementation of safety measures.
• Conduct HSE site visits and report concerns to the Resident Engineer.
• Review emergency preparedness and response, permit-to-work systems, and safety meetings.
