Merveille Investments L.L.C. in Dubai is seeking a motivated HR Coordinator (Recruitment) to support our growing team.

The role focuses on end-to-end hiring, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination to help build a strong team in the UAE. You will screen resumes, arrange interviews with hiring managers, source candidates via job portals and LinkedIn, maintain recruitment trackers, and assist with offers and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate shortlisting
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Maintain candidate pipeline and update recruitment trackers
• Assist in offer roll-out and onboarding coordination
