Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional culinary experience with senior chef leadership.
• Proven experience managing a professional kitchen or culinary team.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine, food preparation, and presentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Ability to manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen operations.
• Creative approach to menu development and culinary innovation.
• Hospitality sector experience in hotels, restaurants, or luxury venues preferred.
