AtkinsRéalis in Dubai is seeking an Emirati Graduate Engineer for a key project on a part-time contract. The role provides hands-on learning, mentorship from experienced engineers, and exposure across engineering disciplines.

Based in the project office, you will support design tasks, calculations, drawings, and documentation, participate in reviews, and help achieve milestones while developing professional skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with GPA 3.5 or above.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with interest in engineering design and project delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing engineering designs, calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Support day-to-day project activities, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project progress.
• Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings.
• Contribute to quality assurance by adhering to standards and safety guidelines.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for stakeholders.
• Engage in continuous learning to develop professional and technical competencies.
