Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate or luxury sales experience.
• German language skills.
• Proven property sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Sell residential and commercial properties in Dubai.
• Drive property sales and meet targets.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and present solutions.
• Coordinate with marketing and telesales for leads and closings.
