Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based brokerage focused on residential and commercial property across primary and secondary markets. We are seeking high-performance real estate sales professionals with a proven UAE track record.

You will leverage fresh daily leads, strong developer relationships, and industry-leading tools to close high-value deals, while working in a target-driven, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Dubai real estate.
• Strong experience across off-plan and/or secondary markets.
• Consistent record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong high-value sales and client relationship management experience.
• Deep understanding of the Dubai property market.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a high-performing team.
• Dubai-based with proven UAE real estate experience strongly preferred.
