Qualifications
- Applications are welcome from physicians holding recognised specialist qualifications.
- Minimum 3+ years post specialist or board certification.
- Licensing for DOH/DHA/MOH in the UAE is required or will be supported.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage gastrointestinal disorders including reflux, ulcers, IBS, IBD, and infections.
- Evaluate and treat liver conditions such as hepatitis, fatty liver disease, and cirrhosis.
- Perform upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy.
- Collaborate with surgeons, hepatologists, radiologists and oncologists for multidisciplinary care.
- Provide screening and long-term management for chronic GI diseases.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and participate in quality improvement programs.
