Job summary

Radiant Hospitality Company in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house in a chef-owned independent all-day dining venue. You will own the walk-in queue, manage the front-of-house team on shift, and stand in for the Restaurant Manager during absences.

The role requires calm, decisive leadership during peak service, strong guest communication and a warm hospitality style aligned with a community-led concept. Arabic language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years front-of-house experience; at least 2 years as supervisor/assistant manager.
• Experience in busy, chef-led, independent or award-recognised restaurants preferred.
• Calm, decisive leadership under pressure during peak service.
• Fluent English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the front door, walk-in queue and waitlist management.
• Lead front-of-house team on shift and cover during Manager's absence.
• Recruitment, onboarding and on-the-job training.
• Prepare staff rotas and manage attendance.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality food safety and HACCP.
• Maintain guest experience, handle complaints, monitor seating.
