Job summary

Affle is seeking an Assistant Manager - Finance in Dubai to lead variance analysis, forecasting, and executive reporting. You will mentor junior analysts and collaborate with onshore and global teams to ensure accurate monthly and quarterly results.

The role requires a Chartered Accountant with 3–4 years FP&A experience, strong Excel and financial software skills, and a meticulous eye for detail. Cost control and cross-department collaboration are key focuses of this position.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–4 years of core FP&A experience.
• Strong foundation in core accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Meticulous attention to detail and high standard for data accuracy.
• Proven team management and cross-departmental collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Variance Analysis: Analyze past vs. current performance to identify key trends, variances, and underlying root causes.
• Financial Forecasting & Modeling: Build and maintain forward-looking financial models to support strategic planning and executive decision-making.
• Data Simplification & Executive Reporting: Distill complex financial data and organizational structures into clear, actionable presentations for executive leadership.
• Cost Reduction & Process Improvement: Drive finance transformation projects and identify costsaving initiatives across the business.
• Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Act as a key liaison for onshore teams and global business partners, ensuring alignment on business needs.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to integrate financial strategy into dayto-day business operations.
• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and manage junior analysts to maintain high accuracy and team productivity.
• Financial Integrity: Maintain full oversight over monthly/quarterly financial results to guarantee accuracy.
