Job summary

EPIC ONE TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC seeks an estimator for joinery and interior fit-out projects in the UAE. You will prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates, review drawings, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to support tender submissions.

Candidates should have 2–3 years UAE experience in joinery estimation, with Dubai project exposure preferred, and be proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, CostX or similar tools.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years UAE experience in joinery and interior fit-out estimation.
• Dubai project experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of joinery materials, finishes and fit-out works.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Good knowledge of BOQ and quantity take-off.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, CostX or similar estimating software advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for joinery and fit-out works
• Review drawings, specifications and project requirements
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations
• Obtain and compare prices from suppliers and subcontractors
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and the project team
• Follow up on quotations and maintain updated material prices
• Support tender preparation and submission
• Ensure estimates are accurate and submitted within deadlines
