Job summary

WOODplc seeks an Engineering Manager - Project Development & Studies to lead multi-disciplinary teams in the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will drive Concept through FEED studies, ensuring technical excellence, managing risk, and coordinating interfaces for major brownfield upgrades.

The role demands strong process engineering credentials or prior Study Manager experience, with FEL exposure and deep knowledge of brownfield development to support project investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading FEED and FEL studies in oil and gas.
• Strong process engineering background or Study Manager experience.
• Brownfield development project experience is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams through Concept, Feasibility, Pre-FEED and FEED.
• Ensure technical excellence and manage engineering risk.
• Coordinate stakeholder interfaces and provide design continuity through FEED, Detailed Design and execution.
• Develop practical and economically sound solutions for project investment decisions.
