Job summary

Influx Talent in Dubai seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat clients across the lifespan. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and provide direct articulation, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing therapy using evidence-based practices.

You will educate patients and families on disorders, strategies, and home programs to promote carryover, and collaborate with a healthcare team to meet diverse caseload needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
• Valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with a diverse caseload in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in administering and interpreting standardized speech and language assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using standardized and informal assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions.
• Provide direct therapy services, including articulation, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing therapy.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication disorders, treatment strategies, and home program activities.
