Job summary

John Crane in Dubai invites an experienced Credit Controller to join our team in Jebel Ali Free Zone on a 6-8 month contractual assignment. You will develop and maintain an effective credit control process to support cash flow and accounts receivable objectives.

The role requires 3-6 years in credit control, SAP experience, and strong Excel/MS Office skills. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting/Finance is preferred, with fluency in English and additional Arabic or French being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Experience: 3-6 years in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or similar finance role in multinational environments.
• Technical Skills: SAP experience required; advanced knowledge of finance software, databases and spreadsheets; strong Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date customer billing accounts.
• Follow up, collection and allocation of payments.
• Reconciliation of accounts and preparation of cash forecasts.
• Prepare bank deposits and investigate customer queries.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or mail; ensure timely collection and reporting.
