RecruitMe Plus in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support across the organization, review and draft contracts, advise management on corporate matters, and support governance activities.

The ideal candidate will have an LLB with an LLM preferred, about eight years of relevant experience, and a proven track record in cross-border corporate and commercial law within fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• LLM in Taxation / Tax Law is strongly preferred.
• Approximately 8 years of relevant professional legal experience.
• Experience in corporate, holding company, family office, investment group, or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Strong background in commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Exposure to trusts, foundations, legal structuring, succession planning, or private wealth structures.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal risk management.
• Exposure to tax-related legal matters and corporate structuring considerations.
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions or on cross-border matters is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate independently and interact confidently with senior management.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements and legal documents.
• Provide legal advice to senior management on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and operational matters.
• Support corporate structuring, entity formation, restructuring, and related legal documentation.
• Advise on trusts, foundations, succession structures, and other legal structuring matters where applicable.
• Support board and shareholder matters, including resolutions, corporate approvals, governance documentation, and related filings.
• Monitor and support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and governance requirements.
• Identify and assess legal and regulatory risks and provide practical mitigation recommendations.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, tax advisors, regulators, and other professional advisers when required.
• Support legal aspects of cross-border transactions, investments, and corporate initiatives.
• Maintain corporate records, legal documentation, licences, and regulatory filings.
• Monitor relevant legislative and regulatory developments and advise the business accordingly.
• Support internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters across different jurisdictions.
