• Assist in reviewing, drafting and maintaining contractual documents (NDAs, supplier/customer contracts, service agreements).
• Support the monitoring of compliance with internal policies, UAE legal frameworks and business objectives.
• Conduct research and analysis on contractual risks and best practices.
• Collaborate with legal, commercial, project management and supply chain teams.
• Support reporting activities and continuous improvement initiatives in contract management tools and workflows.
