Job summary

Adminbridge is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee its construction projects in Dubai, UAE. You will lead and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery, and you will manage a team of contractors and subcontractors to ensure on-time, within-budget completion.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with at least five years of UAE/Gulf experience and a proven track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager in UAE or Gulf region.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Proficient in project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the construction project from planning to completion.
• Develop project plans and schedules, monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Manage project budget and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Communicate with clients regarding updates or delays.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai building codes and safety standards.
• Resolve issues or conflicts during the construction process.
