Job summary

Flyper in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The role is full-time and on-site, offering a salary of 1,800 AED per month.

The candidate will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery. The ideal applicant will have at least four years of construction project management experience, knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp Pro, and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in managing construction projects.
• Knowledge of design processes such as AutoCAD or Sketchup Pro.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English language.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of all construction projects.
• Develop project plans that include scheduling, resource planning and budgeting.
• Create reports detailing progress, timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.
• Perform quality assurance inspections throughout the project lifecycle.
