Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read construction plans and blueprints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Select and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• Monitor progress and adjust to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Manage project documentation and report progress to upper management.
