Job summary

RedLine Freight Services in Dubai is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects. You will work with the project manager and team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality standards.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field and at least 3 years of experience. Strong communication, detail orientation, and proficiency in project management software are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, building codes/regulations.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities between different teams and departments.
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor progress of construction projects and report issues or delays to the project manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Review plans, blueprints and other documents to ensure accuracy and identify potential issues.
• Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Participate in regular meetings with project team members to discuss progress, challenges and solutions.
• Assist with obtaining necessary permits and approvals for construction projects.
• Maintain accurate records of project documentation including contracts, change orders, invoices, etc.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
