Job summary

JobCenter in El-Ain UAE is seeking a capable Construction Project Coordinator to support the Construction Manager in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You will coordinate site activities, monitor progress, manage budgets, and prepare reports while liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.

Fluent English is required (Arabic a plus), with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least two years of construction management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management or coordination role.
Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Manage project budgets and expenses.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and safety standards.
Prepare progress reports for upper management.
Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.
