Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East seeks an experienced Consultant Burns Surgeon for an on-site role in Dubai, UAE. You will provide comprehensive surgical and medical management for acute, extensive, and complex burn injuries, leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating care from resuscitation to rehabilitation.

The ideal candidate has significant post-specialist experience in major burns, with board certification and fellowship in Burns Surgery, and eligibility for Dubai licensing.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from a recognized medical school.
• Completed postgraduate training in General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, or related specialty.
• Board Certification or Consultant qualification in the relevant surgical specialty.
• Fellowship in Burns Surgery or Burn Care is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level assessment and management of acute/complex burns.
• Lead multidisciplinary care for major burn injuries.
• Coordinate resuscitation, operative treatment and wound management.
• Oversee rehabilitation and long-term management of burn survivors.
• Participate in burn rounds, case conferences and documentation.
