SearchPlus HR is seeking a qualified Specialist/Consultant Reconstructive Surgeon to join a leading government healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The role involves performing advanced reconstructive procedures after trauma, burns, cancer surgery, or congenital issues, with emphasis on function and appearance.

Requirements include MBBS/MD with a postgraduate plastic surgery qualification and international credentials preferred. Excellent teamwork and ongoing professional development are valued.

Qualificações

• MBBS/MD with recognized postgraduate plastic surgery qualification.
• Post-specialization experience in reconstructive surgery required.
• UK CCST/CCT or equivalent internationally recognized qualification preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients needing reconstructive treatment.
• Perform soft tissue work, skin grafts, local and free flaps.
• Develop individualized surgical plans to restore function and appearance.
• Provide preop assessment, postoperative care and follow-up.
• Collaborate with surgeons across disciplines and adhere to safety standards.
• Participate in audits, teaching and CME activities.

Formação académica

MBBS/MD

Post-specialization experience
