Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East is hiring a Psychologist - Clinical Counseling for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, UAE. The position involves psychological assessment, counseling, and therapeutic support for children, adolescents, and adults with emotional, behavioral, developmental, and mental health concerns.

You will work with culturally diverse clients, collaborate with healthcare and educational professionals, and develop individualized treatment plans while maintaining confidential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Relevant clinical experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred; French + English acceptable.
• Strong assessment and counseling capabilities.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and clinical interviews for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Provide individual counseling and psychotherapy within the professional scope.
• Deliver family counseling where appropriate.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client needs.
• Monitor therapeutic progress and modify treatment plans as required.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, schools, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and families from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to coordinated patient care.
• Follow applicable Dubai professional licensing requirements for practice.
